Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User") and ctk66 ("Company", "we", "our", "us") governing your access to and use of the ctk66 website, mobile platform, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform"). By registering an account, making a deposit, claiming a bonus, or otherwise accessing any part of the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and anyone who accesses or uses the Platform in any capacity. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop using the Platform and close any existing account you hold with ctk66.

Eligibility Requirements

To register and use the ctk66 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times. ctk66 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any point during the account lifecycle.

• You must be at least 21 years of age. ctk66 strictly prohibits access by individuals under the age of 21.
• You must be a natural person acting in your own capacity and not on behalf of a third party.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date personal information during registration and throughout your use of the Platform.
• You must not be subject to any court order, regulatory restriction, or legal prohibition that prevents you from engaging in online gaming or gambling activities.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a ctk66 employee or business partner, unless prior written approval has been obtained from ctk66 management.

Account Registration and Security

Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on the ctk66 Platform. The registration process requires the provision of valid personal information, and by completing registration you warrant that all information supplied is accurate and complete. ctk66 reserves the right to carry out identity verification (KYC) checks at any time.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your username or password with any third party.
• You are responsible for all activity carried out under your account, whether or not it was authorized by you.
• You must notify ctk66 immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorization.
• Accounts created using false or misleading information are subject to immediate suspension and permanent closure.
• ctk66 does not accept accounts registered or operated by automated bots, software agents, or any non-human mechanism.

ctk66 may, at its sole discretion, decline to open an account or close an existing account without being required to provide a reason, provided that any legitimately owed funds are returned to the account holder in accordance with applicable withdrawal procedures.

Deposits and Withdrawals

ctk66 processes all financial transactions exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The Platform supports the following verified payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are subject to the following conditions.

• Minimum deposit and withdrawal thresholds apply. Current limits are displayed in the payments section of your account dashboard.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that the account holder has previously used to make a deposit, subject to KYC verification.
• ctk66 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request, which may result in processing delays of up to 5 business days.
• Any funds deposited via a payment method that is subsequently found to be fraudulent, stolen, or unauthorized will be immediately frozen pending investigation.
• ctk66 is not responsible for any fees, charges, or exchange-rate differences applied by a player's payment provider.

ctk66 does not charge internal fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. Any applicable processing fees levied by third-party payment providers are outside ctk66's control and are the player's responsibility to investigate prior to transacting.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

ctk66 offers a variety of bonus and promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal offers. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time of the offer.

• Bonuses are only available to players who have completed the standard identity verification process.
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable rollover multiplier is stated in the specific bonus terms.
• ctk66 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses may not be combined with other active promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific offer terms.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or circumvent the bonus system — including through multi-accounting, collusion, or matched-betting strategies — will result in immediate forfeiture of all bonus and real-money balances and permanent account closure.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ctk66 Platform. Engagement in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.

• Using the Platform to launder money or finance any illegal or criminal activity.
• Registering more than one account, whether under the same or different identity documents.
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy server, or any other technology designed to disguise your true geographic location, where this is done for the purpose of circumventing geographic restrictions.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to gain an unfair advantage in gameplay or to abuse the bonus system.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, cheating, or coordinated manipulation of game outcomes.
• Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive conduct toward other players or ctk66 staff members through any communication channel.

ctk66 employs sophisticated fraud detection systems operating around the clock. Suspicious patterns of play, deposit behaviour, or bonus utilization are flagged automatically and reviewed by our compliance team. We cooperate fully with all relevant regulatory and law enforcement inquiries.

Intellectual Property

All content on the ctk66 Platform — including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, video, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of ctk66 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved. No part of the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, publicly displayed, or otherwise exploited without the prior written consent of ctk66.

The ctk66 name, logo, and associated brand elements are registered trademarks. Unauthorized use of ctk66 trademarks in any context — including on third-party websites, social media profiles, or marketing materials — is strictly prohibited and may give rise to legal action.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ctk66 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, computer damage, or system failure — arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if ctk66 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

ctk66 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be available at all times, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, emergency outages, or third-party infrastructure failures may temporarily affect Platform availability.

Privacy and Data Protection

ctk66 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy. ctk66 implements industry-standard technical and organizational security measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, accidental loss, alteration, or disclosure. All data transmitted between the user and the Platform is encrypted using SSL technology. ctk66 does not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes.
